Understanding Tenant Settings

Tenant settings in Visitu allow you to configure and manage various aspects of your account to suit your organization's needs. This article provides an overview of Tenant settings and how to make adjustments for optimal usage.

Tenant Information

To access Tenant settings, log in to your Visitu account and navigate to the "Tenant" in the Settings section.

  • Tenant Name: Displays the name associated with your Visitu account. For example, "XYZ School District."

  • Tenant URL: Direct link to your Visitu account.

  • Creation Date: Shows the date when the account was created. For example, "Created 11/09/2023."

Tenant Admins

Manage administrators who have access to Tenant settings.

To add a new admin, click the "Add Admin" button. You can view existing admins, including their names and the date they were added. For instance:

  • Admin 1: Emily Johnson (Added on 11/09/2023 at 10:16 AM)

  • Admin 2: Michael Rodriguez (Added on 11/09/2023 at 10:58 AM)

Locations

View and manage the locations associated with your Tenant.

This table displays the names of your locations along with their creation dates. For example:

  • Location 1: High School (Created on 11/09/2023 at 10:16 AM)
