Adding a Case Manager
To add a user to the system, simply contact our support email clientsupport@visslan.com. Simply email us the name and email address of the user you want to add.
If you have an external case handling, we will inform the lawyers that you have added a user.
Removing a Case Manager
To remove a user from your system, simply contact our support email clientsupport@visslan.com.
If you have an external case handling, we will inform the lawyers that you have removed a user.
Changing Case Managers
To change Case Manager, simply contact our support email clientsupport@visslan.com. Email the new user's name and email address to the support email. We will help you activate the new case manager's login and remove the previous case manager from the platform.
If you have external case handling, we will inform the lawyers that you have changed the Case Manager.
