Activate your account
To activate your account, you must receive an email from clientsupport@visslan.com with an ‘Activation Link’.
If you have received an email
Click on the ‘Activation link’ in the email to choose a password. Your password must be at least 12 characters long and contain a lower case letter, an upper case letter, a number and a special character. Your email address is your username.
Once you have chosen your password, we recommend that you go into your ‘Settings’ to retrieve and save your ‘Account Recovery Code’ in a safe place. This code is required to restore access to the platform and your data if you forget your password. See ‘Save your account recovery code’ for more information.
If you have not received an email
If you have not received an email with an ‘Activation link’, please contact our support email clientsupport@visslan.com.
If the activation page is blank
If you click on the activation link and the page is completely blank, it means that the link is no longer active. You will need to contact our support email clientsupport@visslan.com to receive a new email with a valid activation link.
If you cannot save your password
If you cannot save your password, it may be because the system thinks your password is too weak. Make sure that your password is at least 12 characters long and contains a lower case letter, an upper case letter, a number and a special character.
If you still cannot save your password, please try a new strong password. Otherwise, please contact our support at clientsupport@visslan.com
