Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to have your ‘Account Recovery Code’ saved in order to change your password yourself. The reset code can only be downloaded when you are logged into the system.
I don't have my recovery code
If you have not saved your recovery code, please contact our support email clientsupport@visslan.com, and we will help you change your password.
I have my recovery code
If you have saved your recovery code, go to your login page and click on ‘Forgot your password?’ You will be prompted to enter your username, usually your email address in lower case. An email will then be sent to your inbox where you can click on a link. Now you can enter your reset code and then choose a new password.
Changing your password
If you know your current password but want to change it, log in to the system as usual. You can then go to your preferences, by clicking on the person icon at the top right. In your preferences, you can click on the ‘Password’ tab to choose a new password.
