If you can't see any cases when you are logged in, even though you know a case has been filed, it may be because you have external case handling.

If you have external case handling, all cases will go through your external lawyers first. This means that you will not be able to see a case as soon as it is reported, as the lawyers will have to give you access to the case before you can see it.
