How to grant another user access to a case

Granting access

To grant another person access to a case, that person must have an account in the system. If the person does not have an account, see “Managing contacts”.

If the person already has an account in the system, follow the steps below to grant them access:

  • Go into the case you want to give access to

  • Click on the icon with a person and a plus sign, “Grant access”.

  • Click on “Search” and click on the person you want to grant access to.

  • Finish by clicking on “Confirm”.
