How to revoke a users access to a case

Revoke access

To revoke a user's access to a case, follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the case where you want to revoke access

  • Click on the icon with a person and a minus sign, “Revoke access”.

  • Click on “Search” and select the person whose access you want to revoke.

  • Finish by clicking on “Confirm”.
