Accessing MediaRadar 360
MediaRadar now uses a unified sign-in experience across 360, Magnifier, and Winmo.
To sign in, go to portal.mediaradar.com.
You can also continue using a direct 360 link. The direct product link will bypass the Portal and take you to 360 after authentication.
This means only one MediaRadar login! Your MediaRadar credentials can be used across 360, Magnifier, and Winmo. If you have access to more than one product, the Portal lets you choose which product to open after you sign in.
New Users
You will be receiving an email from noreply@mediaradar.com with instructions from your MediaRadar Team to activate your user account.
MediaRadar is compatible with Chrome, Edge, & Firefox. Do Not use Safari.
Use the sign-in link in your welcome email. Your email will include a temporary password for your initial sign-in.
On the MediaRadar sign-in page, enter your username/email and temporary password, then follow the prompts to create your own password.
Once your password is set, use your MediaRadar credentials to sign in. If you have access to multiple MediaRadar products, you will be taken to the Portal to choose the product you want to open.
Password requirements: New passwords must be at least 12 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol, with no spaces.

MediaRadar 360 is compatible with Chrome, Edge, & Firefox. Do Not use Safari.
If you have not signed in since the September 19, 2026 SSO migration, you will need to establish a new password the first time you log in. Your previous password will no longer be valid after you complete the reset.
At first login post release, you will log in as normal and be prompted to reset your password.
You will be sent an email with a verification code that you will need to input, then continue on to create your new password.
