As an Organisation or a Company Admin, you will be able to manage all the necessary setup for your company from the Admin section of your Vizibl account.
In order to access the admin section, simply click on the "Admin" cog wheel icon in the main menu on the left side of your screen. If this icon is not displayed it means you are not assigned as a company admin, please contact Vizibl Support if you think this is a mistake.
In the admin you will be presented with the following view, please note that the menu items displayed are dependant on which feature are enabled for your organisation:
the first tab will show you the Organisation Settings. If you are an Organisation Admin you will have a different view to the Company Admin to reflect the highest level of permission related to the Organisation responsabilites
The second tab will show you the Company Settings which will show you all the settings configured for this specific level of the organisation
To choose which level of your Organisation tree you want to see the Company settings for, Go to 'Companies'
In the Company Settings you will be presented with the following view, please note that the menu items displayed are dependant on which feature are enabled for your organisation:
Account Plan: Define the key objectives and components for your Account Plan.
Data Imports: Bulk import performance or spend data into your organisation.
Initiative and Opportunities: Configure and manage Opportunity form templates and your Initiative Types
Performance: Create and manage your KPIs.
Permissions: Give or modify the level of Permissions of specific users for this level of the Organisation tree
Projects: Create and Manage Project Templates including stages.
Relationships: View and manage all the relationships of your company, or any other companies in your organisation you're an administrator of.
Relationship Circles: Define clear roles and responsibilities for key people in your relationships.
Reports: Analyse the activities of different areas of Vizibl for this level of the Organisation
Project Statuses: Customise and manage the statuses available for the projects in your organisation.
Surveys: Create and manage Survey templates.
Tags: Create and Manage tags and tag rules to best categorise your projects and activities.
User Management: Configure and manage the users in your organisation.
Project Value Trackers: Create and Manage Value trackers to enable your organisation to measure and track value beyond savings.
API Integrations: Configure external services to integrate with your Vizibl solution and automatically pull in data.
Please note that if you are managing multiple companies at the same time, you do not need to create duplicates in ever company. You can instead import the templates to any level in your organisation.
