Once you have reviewed the Opportunity following your Review Process and this Opportunity has been successfully accepted you will be able to convert this Opportunity directly into a project.
This operation can be done directly in Vizibl following a simple process:
Step 1: Go to the successful Opportunity in the Innovation Hub
Step 2: This Opportunity needs to have the stage 'Accepted'. Update it if required.
Step 3: As the Opportunity has the stage 'Accepted' the blue button 'Turn Opportunity into a Project'
Step 4: A popup will appear to fill up all the key information to your project. Once all the details have been filled up you can click on 'Create' to finalise the creation of this project.
Useful Information: Only the Initiative Manager of the Initiative this Opportunity belongs to can convert it into a Project. After you have created this project, when you revisit the Opportunity you will have a shortcut button on the Opportunity to access the Project Space of its Project.
