Tags are a great way to optimise content filtering and organise your activities in Vizibl. Tags are a great tool to use for advanced data filtering in your Reporting Dashboards.

In order to use tags they must first be configured by a company administrator in the Admin > Tags section.

Here you can (1) add unused tags stored in the library or import tags created in other companies in from your organisation, (2) create a brand new root tag, (3) search for existing tags, (4) edit the name of an existing tag. (5) delete an existing tag or tag group.

You can also choose to create new tag groups by building on existing root tags or simply add more tags to an existing tag group:

Once tag groups have been created we also support configuring tag rules for how they should be used in projects. For more information please refer to our Project tag rules article.

The customisation options for tags are virtually limitless and are a great way to make sure you get the most out of your projects and activities. Tags are also one of the greatest tools for advanced data filtering in Reporting Dashboards.
