Set whether speech automatically starts when you open an article (text reading screen).
Turn the setting on/off
On the reading list, tap the Settings button (gear icon) at the top right.
In Settings, enable the Auto Start Text Speech toggle.
When on, speech starts automatically whenever you open an article. When off, opening an article will not start playback automatically.
