We get it! The payment process and its different expressions might seem a bit confusing at first, but the following guide will help you to get started by explaining what our deposit consists of. 

Thus you will gain a deeper understanding of our platform and will be prepared to answer possible questions from volunteers about the deposit.

After the volunteer accepts your offer, we will ask the volunteer to pay a deposit to reserve their spot at your program site. This amount will be directly forwarded to Volunteer World. The volunteer pays the deposit directly to Volunteer World and thus covers your commission.

You will receive the remaining part of the program fees (final payment) according to the payment method of your choice.
