Our experience shows that sometimes it's necessary to change the details of an offer. Don't worry, it's really easy! The following guide helps you to learn how to change the details of your offer.
1. Please log in and click on the application button in the top menu.
2. In your application dashboard, you can see all current applications. To view more information about the individual volunteer, click on "Offer sent".
3. Click on the icon "Change Offer".
4. You will see the details of the volunteer application. Simply change the dates of your offer. Make sure you adapt the fees equally.
5. Please inform the volunteer about all changes and why you made them. Finally, click on "Send Offer".
