Manage Your PIN
You can retrieve your PIN directly from the Voly platform:
1. Log into the Voly web platform
2. Go to Settings on the top navigation bar
3. Click on ‘My Account’
4. Scroll down to ‘Your Voly Prepaid Cards’ at the bottom of the page
5. Click on ‘Send PIN reminder’ alongside your card. A PIN reminder will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Forgotten your PIN?
You can get a PIN reminder sent to your mobile phone. Follow the steps below based on your account permissions.
Administrator: 1. To send a crew member a PIN reminder for their card, go to Homepage > Voly Money and click on the relevant Voly Money account.
2. Once in the chosen Voly Money Account select you will be able to see and select from all cards under that float.
3. Click 'PIN SMS’ on the relevant card. The PIN reminder will be sent by text to the mobile number attached to your Voly account.
Crew: Go to Settings > My Account and scroll down to ‘Your Voly prepaid cards’.
Change your PIN
Please go to an ATM to change your PIN. Most high street ATM providers will allow you to change your PIN on their system.
Suspend or cancel a Voly prepaid card
Suspend/re-activate a card
You can suspend a card instantly from the Banking page.
Scroll down to the Voly Prepaid Cards section.
Click on ‘Active’ on the card you wish to suspend to change the card status to ‘Suspended’. The card will be instantly frozen.
You are able to re-activate the card the same way: click on ‘Suspended’ and change the status back to ‘Active’.
Stolen or lost card?
If your card has been lost or stolen, we recommend you unload the card straight away (See Load/unload your Voly prepaid cards) so no funds can be used on the card.
You can then get in contact with us via Live Chat, Email, Call or Whatsapp and the team will be able to assist and cancel the card and order a new one for you.
Fraudulent transactions?
If you suspect any fraudulent activities on a Voly card, please contact your Client Relationship Manager who will send you a dispute form to fill out. We will then investigate the transaction(s).
