The General Ledger report displays all financial activity recorded on the vessel, giving you a complete view of transactions across your accounts for any selected period.
Viewing your General Ledger
By default, the report runs across all accounts on the vessel. You can now filter the report to include only the accounts you want to review — select the relevant accounts before running the report to focus on the information most relevant to you.
At the bottom of the report, you will find the General Ledger Summary, which provides a consolidated overview of activity for the selected period.
