My Account

My Account will allow you to personalise your Voly system and update your personal information.

  1. Amend your email address (which is also your username)

  2. If applicable, tick this box to receive an email notification when a crew member submits a Funding Request (see Funding Request for further details)

  3. Adjust how many transactions are displayed by default per page

  4. Select your preferred date format

  5. Select your timezone

  6. Change your current password

  7. Change your current passphrase

  8. Replace the passphrase with a unique code generated by an authenticator app (for example, Google Authenticator). This will be required for Voly Money payments.

You will see a list of your saved trusted devices, where a security access code to log in is only required every 90 days.

Select which accounts you wish to be displayed on your account within the mobile app by ticking the boxes – click ‘Save Changes’ to apply.

This view may vary depending on how many different accounts you have. Please note, that you are not able to view your Voly Money Wallet/Float within the app.

If you have a Voly Prepaid Card assigned to your account, you can request the PIN for the card from under the My Account Tab. This will be the same for any card assigned to your account.
