All information needed for when you have locked yourself out of your Voly Account

Resetting your Password

1. Click on the link at the bottom of the login page on your web platform.

2. You will receive an email to reset your password. Click on the link in the email.

3. Create a new password and confirm the new password. Then, log in.


Resetting Your Passphrase

1. Go to the login page on your web platform and enter your email address and password.

2. When you get to the ‘Enter the following characters from your passphrase’ page, click on ‘Reset Authentication’ at the bottom of the box.

3. You will receive a security code by SMS text or WhatsApp Message (where available) on your mobile phone. Enter this security code into Voly.

4. Then, enter a new personal passphrase which will be used every time you log into Voly.

When creating your Passphrase it must be a minimum of 8 Letters and/or numbers (Max 64). You will be asked for 3 characters from this passphrase every time


Resetting your Password in the Voly Mobile App

You can request the password reset email via the log-on screen of your Voly Mobile App. The reset process will follow the steps outlined in Resetting Your Password.

You can also reset your password in the mobile app. To do this you will need to complete the following steps.

  1. Go to 'My Account' found under the menu option in the top right-hand corner of the app screen.

  2. Scroll to 'Change Password' and update the password to the minimum requirements outlined.

  3. Press 'Save changes'

Please Note: When changing your password in the mobile app it will also update your password on the Desktop version of Voly.
