How to cancel or reschedule a class:
1. Access the "Private Classes" page:
Go to the Private Classes section from the Live Instruction menu.
Click on My Classes to view all your scheduled lessons.
Find the class you wish to cancel or reschedule under the section "Upcoming Classes":
Select the scheduled class that you want to cancel or modify.
Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel, click the Cancel the class button and provide a reason for the cancellation.
If you wish to reschedule, you will be able to book a new class with the same teacher right away by following the booking process.
Review the Cancellation Policy, specify the reason for cancellation, and press "Cancel Class"
Rescheduling:
After canceling the class, you can reschedule a new class with the same teacher by selecting a new date and time from the teacher's availability page.
