We understand that plans can change. If you've reserved a group class but can no longer attend, you can easily cancel or reschedule it.
Cancellation Deadline
It is important to manage your booking at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.
Once the class is within 5 minutes of its start time, the "Reserve" button changes to a green "Join Now" button, and the option to cancel will no longer be available.
How to Cancel Your Booking
Navigate to the Group Classes page from the Live Instruction menu.
Find your class listed at the top of the page under "Class Reserved".
Click the Cancel button next to the class details.
Once canceled, the class will be removed from your reserved list, and your spot will become available for other students. You are then free to browse and reserve a different class that better fits your schedule.
