We understand that plans can change! To make sure you get the most out of your classes, here is everything you need to know about canceling or rescheduling your private sessions.
The 6-Hour Rule
You can cancel a private class and get your credits back as long as you do it at least 6 hours before the start time.
Example: If your class is scheduled for 12:00 PM (noon), please cancel it before 6:00 AM.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 6 hours' notice, the credit will unfortunately be deducted from your balance.
Quick Tip: Try to cancel or reschedule as early as possible! This allows another learner to take the slot and ensures you don't lose any of your valuable tutoring hours.
Why was my class canceled?
If you see a class marked as "Canceled" in your My Classes page but you didn't cancel it, don't worry! This usually means your teacher had a personal emergency and had to cancel. In those cases, an email is sent to notify you.
The Good News: Your credits have already been automatically returned to your account so you can reschedule at your convenience.
Teacher didn't show up?
