Note: The Private Class feature availability depends on your organization's specific study program. If you do not see this option, please contact your organization’s administrator for more information.
To review your previous conversations and shared notes from a session, follow these steps:
Navigate to Private Classes: Go to the Private Class page on your dashboard.
View Your History: Click on the My Classes tab.
Filter by Past Classes: Select the Past Classes sub-tab to see a list of your completed sessions.
Select a Session: Find the specific class you wish to review from the list
Access the Chat: Click on the Chat button associated with that class to view the message history with your tutor.
Important Reminder: The chat feature is only active during your scheduled class for live communication with your tutor. Once the session ends, the chat becomes read-only, allowing you to review previous messages and links at any time.
