Recurring Classes: Book a Weekly Series with Your Teacher

How to set up a standing weekly private class series with the Repeat weekly toggle.

Found a teacher you really click with? You can now book a whole series of private classes with them in one go — same day, same time, every week — instead of booking one class at a time.

What is it?

Recurring Classes lets you set up a standing weekly slot with your favorite teacher in a single booking. Pick your day, time, and how many weeks you'd like (for example, Thursdays at 3:30 PM for the next 12 weeks), and you're done — no more logging in every week to grab your next session before it's taken.

This isn't a separate booking flow. It lives right inside the private class booking page you already use, with one new toggle: Repeat weekly.

How it works

  1. Start a booking as usual. Go to your private class booking page and choose your teacher.

  2. Turn on "Repeat weekly." This reveals the recurrence options on the same page.

  3. Set your schedule. Choose a day of the week, a time slot, your class duration, and how many weeks you'd like to repeat.

  4. Review the cancellation policy and confirm — the same step you already know from single-class bookings.

  5. We check availability for every date you selected. If any date doesn't work — because your teacher already has something booked, or their availability isn't set for that slot — you'll see exactly which sessions are affected before anything is booked.

  6. Adjust if needed. Change the day, time, duration, or number of weeks, and resubmit. Nothing is booked until you're happy with the full schedule.

  7. Get your confirmation. Once confirmed, you'll land on a success page listing every class in your series, and both you and your teacher will receive an email with the complete schedule — including calendar links so you can add each class to Google Calendar or download an .ics file.

Good to know

  • Partial matches are okay. If only some of your requested dates are available, you can still book the ones that work and adjust the rest — you don't have to start over.

  • You can book up to 6 months in advance.

  • Canceling is flexible. You can cancel a single class in the series or cancel the entire series. Just open the class and choose "Cancel the class" or "Cancel entire series." Credits for canceled classes are refunded automatically if canceled within the window set by our Cancellation Policy.

  • Your teacher is notified too. They'll get the same confirmation and cancellation emails you do, so you're always on the same page.

FAQs

What happens if my teacher isn't available for some of the weeks I requested?
You'll see exactly which classes can be booked and which can't. You can then adjust the day, time, duration, or number of weeks to find a schedule that works.

Is booking a recurring series different from booking a single class?
No — it's the exact same private class booking page, with one added "Repeat weekly" toggle. The cancellation policy step and confirmation process are identical to booking a single class.

Who gets notified once my recurring booking is confirmed?
Both you and your teacher receive an email listing every class in the series. You'll also see a success page with the same list right after booking.

Why do I see more classes scheduled than the number of weeks I chose?
The count starts from your first class outside the current week. For example, if you book today and choose 10 weeks, the 10-week count begins next week — so you may see one extra class from the current week included in your total.

Can I cancel just one class, or do I have to cancel the whole series?
Either one. When a class is part of a series, you'll see two options: cancel just that class, or cancel the entire series.

How do I try it?
Head to your private class booking page and look for the Repeat weekly toggle. Choose your teacher, day, time, and number of weeks — the rest of the flow is exactly the one you already know.
