Can I add a variable to my email subject line?

No, it's not possible to add a variable to the subject line of an email. Variables can only be used within the body of the email ✉️.


Can I add a hyperlink to my email?

Yes, it's possible to insert a hyperlink (make a word clickable) in an email.

💡 Good to know
To track click rates and shorten links, you can use a URL shortener like Bitly.

⚠️ Some email providers may disable links for security reasons. We recommend limiting their use in cold emails.

Why aren’t my emails sending?

We are unable to send your emails via Waalaxy because the email credentials we have are no longer up to date.

This could be due to a password change or an update to your two-factor authentication method.

Solution

To resume sending your emails, you need to update your email credentials:

  1. Go to Settings > Email accounts.

  2. Update your login information.

  3. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you will likely need to validate it again.


How many emails can I send?

The email sending quota depends on your email provider, not Waalaxy.

Here are the weekly limits for the main email providers:

  • Outlook: 100

  • Office 365: 10,000

  • AOL: 100

  • GoDaddy: 250

  • Rackspace: 10,000

  • Yandex: 500

  • Gmail: 500

  • Other providers: 500


How many email accounts can I configure?

You can add as many email accounts as you need on Waalaxy, depending on your requirements.


Can I change the sending email during a campaign?

No, you can only change the email used for a campaign if it is paused.

Here’s how:

  1. Pause your campaign.

  2. Click on Edit Campaign.

  3. In the Email section, change the email address.

  4. Save the changes.

  5. Relaunch your campaign.
