Waalaxy allows you to run cold email campaigns, meaning you can contact your prospects directly by email.
👉 Important: Email sending is only available with the Business plan.

Set up your email account in Waalaxy
Before launching a campaign, you need to connect your email account.
Steps to follow
Go to Settings > Email Accounts
Connect your email inbox

When you connect with a prospect via an invitation sent with Waalaxy, the email retrieved is usually personal.
⚠️ Warning: We do not recommend using these addresses for cold emailing.
Via email enrichment (AI)
Waalaxy offers a credit-based system to find professional emails:
1 credit used = 1 email found

With Email Finder
If a prospect goes through an Email Finder campaign, the professional email found will automatically be prioritized for sending.
Launch an email campaign
⚠️ A prospect without an email address cannot be added to a campaign.
Step 1: Select your prospects
Go to the list of your choice
Apply the filter: “Email: Has a professional email”
Select the filtered prospects
👉 An action bar will appear.
Step 2: Choose an emailing sequence
Click “Start a campaign”
Click “Explore all templates”
Select an email sequence
💡 Tips:
Use the “Email” filter to display email sequences
Use the “Emails” filter to choose the number of emails (max. 5)
Step 3: Create and launch the campaign
Example: sequence with 2 emails
Name your campaign
Email 1: write your first email
Delay: set a delay (up to 28 days)
Email 2: write your follow-up email (if no reply)
🚀 Your campaign is ready to launch!
💡 Good to know
Example: in a "2 Emails" sequence:
If a prospect replies
They are automatically removed from the campaign
Status: “Has replied”
👉 They will not receive the second message.
If a prospect does not reply after the second follow-up email
They are removed 15 days after the last email
Status: “Did not reply”
👉 These statuses are visible in Details > Completed the campaign.
Where to find emails?
You can find emails:
On each prospect’s profile
In your lists using filters:
💡 You can also export your prospects into a CSV file to retrieve their emails.
Track email sending
Emails are sent from a separate queue from LinkedIn actions.
👉 They are sent one by one, not simultaneously.
