What is email enrichment?
Email enrichment involves finding an email address using information such as a prospect's first name, last name, and company, allowing direct contact.
There are two main types of email enrichment:
Database-based enrichment.
Semantic-based enrichment.
What is Cascading Enrichment?
Cascading enrichment is an intelligent system querying multiple email providers in a defined sequence until a valid email is found.
Example: If the first provider finds nothing, the system automatically moves to the second, then the third.

Credits are Waalaxy's internal currency, exclusively for the Email Finder tool. ✉️
1 credit spent = 1 email found.
How many emails can I recover per month with this feature?
Freemium, Pro, Advanced: 25 monthly credits. Additional credits available for purchase.
Business: 500 monthly credits. Additional credits available for purchase.
Elite: 10,000 monthly credits. Additional credits available for purchase.
Credits reset monthly, aligning with your subscription renewal date.
⚠️ Accumulation or rollover of credits between months is not feasible.
Enriching an Email from an Email Finder Campaign
In several of the sequences available, Waalaxy offers an enrichment step that automatically searches for an email and retrieves it if it is available.
No additional actions needed apart from adding prospects to a campaign, including the "Email Finder" step.

Launching an Email Finder campaign 🚀
You can use these credits by launching an Email Finder campaign:
Click on the Start a campaign button.
Select "Email Finder".
Start creating the campaign.
Email Enrichment from a LinkedIn Profile
You can search for a prospect's professional email directly from their LinkedIn profile.
Here’s how to do it:
Click Find Email under the prospect’s profile photo.
If the email is found, it will display immediately, and 1 Email Finder credit will be used.
If the email is not found, Waalaxy will display Email not found, and no credit will be deducted.
⚠️ We cannot delete or modify the email address found by Email Finder, as it is not stored in our enrichment partners' databases.
Where are emails found with the Email Finder?
You can find the email addresses in each profile's page.
In your prospects lists, you can filter with Has a LinkedIn email or Has a pro email from the Email filter.
💡 Good to know
You can export all those prospects into a CSV file after selecting them to have the email list.
Email Finder — enrichment rate vs. number of success
When one of your prospects goes through an Email Finder campaign, and you already have their personal LinkedIn email (because you're connected to them):
If a professional email is found, it's prioritized for email sending. ✉️
If no professional email is found, the “Has email” step is still validated with success, allowing the prospect to move forward in the sequence.
