If you no longer want a prospect to receive an action, follow these steps:
Select the prospect you want to remove from the queue. An options bar will appear at the top of your screen.
Hit the "Delete" button and confirm your choice.
💡 Note that you can also remove prospects directly from their campaign.
From your campaign, select the prospects you want to remove from the campaign.
Then click on "Exit prospects" 👇 😊
