💡 From the prospects tab, you can follow the progress of your prospects at every step of the campaign. 🚀
Overview
This section allows you to see how your campaign is progressing, including the sequence of actions that will be sent to your prospects based on the different conditions in the campaign.
You can view the current number of leads at each step of the campaign.
You will find the list of leads launched in your campaign, along with their current action (e.g., connection request, visit, message) or their current state in the campaign (e.g., in progress, paused, out of the campaign), as well as any tags that have been applied to them.
The options bar
By selecting a lead or the entire list of leads, you can:
Pause prospects: Temporarily halt actions for the selected prospects.
Replay prospects: Resume actions for the paused prospects.
Export prospects: Download a CSV file of the leads or manually export them to HubSpot.
Tag prospects: Add tags to the prospects for better organisation and easier filtering.
Remove prospects from the campaign.
Details
This section provides detailed information on leads currently in your campaign, depending on the sequence you selected.
Example with a non-linear sequence: Orion 2
Lead tracking: Track the number of leads who received your invitation and are waiting for conditions (invitation acceptance).
Leads removed: See the number of leads who left the campaign (those who responded and those who didn't).
Example with a LinkedIn sequence: Visit + Invitation
Scheduled Visit: See how many leads are scheduled for a LinkedIn profile visit and how many are currently at the "Delay" step.
Campaign Finished: Track the number of leads who completed the campaign.
Lead state in the campaign
In a campaign, there are 7 possible statuses for a lead:
On going: The lead has been launched in the campaign and is progressing.
Paused: The lead was active but has been paused. It will not receive any more actions until it's resumed in the campaign.
Interested: The lead positively responded to a connection note, message, or email in the campaign and then left the campaign.
Not interested: The lead negatively responded to a connection note, message, or email in the campaign and then left the campaign.
Finished: The prospect has reached the end of the campaign, received all the actions he was supposed to receive, and has exited it.

Frozen: A campaign can have a maximum of 5,000 active leads at a time. If you add more than 5,000, the additional leads will be gradually added as space becomes available. Their state will be "Frozen" until then.
Postponed: Some leads in your campaign have been deferred. This means the next invitation action can't be sent until the next week because your LinkedIn invitation quota (200 per week) has been reached.
Filter leads in the campaign
You can filter your leads by the step they are in within the campaign.
For example, from the Overview view, click on the Invitation step to have Waalaxy show the leads who will soon receive one 👇
