💡 From the prospects tab, you can follow the progress of your prospects at every step of the campaign. 🚀
Overview
This section allows you to see how your campaign is progressing, including the sequence of actions that will be sent to your prospects based on the different conditions in the campaign.
You can view the current number of leads at each step of the campaign.
You will find the list of leads launched in your campaign, along with their current action (e.g., connection request, visit, message) or their current status in the campaign (e.g., in progress, paused, out of the campaign), as well as any tags that have been applied to them.
The options bar
From your campaign or prospect list, you can take several actions by selecting a prospect or the entire list of prospects:
Pause prospects: Temporarily halt actions for the selected prospects.
Replay prospects: Restart actions for the paused prospects.
Export the prospects: Download a CSV file of the selected prospects.
Tag the Prospects: Add tags to the prospects for better organisation and easier filtering.
Remove the prospects from the campaign: exit the selected prospects from the campaign.
Details

See the number of prospects who have left your campaign.
☝️ Example with a LinkedIn sequence: Visit + Invitation
You can see how many prospects are scheduled for a LinkedIn visit and how many are currently at the Delay step.
Additionally, you can track how many prospects have completed the campaign.
Prospect filters
Current step
This filter allows you to sort your prospects based on the step they are at in the campaign.
💡 Good to know
You can use this filter:
When a prospect has just been launched (Entry) in your campaign OR if he has finished it (End).
To see the future action your prospect will receive OR the one he has already received.
To see whether your prospect's last action was successful or failed (e.g., if a prospect accepted your invitation within the allowed time, it’s a success. If you launched a prospect in an Email Finder campaign and Waalaxy didn’t find his professional email, it’s a failure).
Import type
You may know where your prospect is from:
From your prospect list.
From an auto-import.
From an import (you can launch it from the “Campaigns” tab using the "Quick Launch" feature).
List
It allows you to filter your prospects per list used in your campaign.
States
In a campaign, there are 6 possible statuses for a prospect:
On going: The prospect has been launched in the campaign and is progressing.
Paused: The prospect was active but has been paused in the campaign. In this case, he no longer receives actions until he is relaunched in the campaign.
Has replied: The prospect has replied to a connection note, a message, or an email in the campaign, and he has exited from your campaign.
💡 Good to know
If your prospects reply to a note, message, or email, they automatically exit the campaign (they will have the status "Has replied"). This means they will no longer receive messages from this campaign.
Finished: The prospect has reached the end of the campaign, received all the actions he was supposed to receive, and has exited it.
If you would like to understand the meaning of this status better, this article will help. 😊
Frozen: A campaign can have a maximum of 5000 active prospects at any the same time. If you have added more than 5000, the extra prospects will be gradually integrated into the campaign as space becomes available. In the meantime, their status will be Frozen.
Postponed: Some prospects in your campaign have been postponed. This means that the next invitation action can't be sent until next week, because your weekly Invitation quota has been reached on LinkedIn (200 per week).
You can find those prospects by activating the State: Postponed filter in the campaign.
Tags
From your campaign or prospect list, you can apply tags to your prospects, making it easier to filter and find specific prospects.
How to use tags:
Apply a tag: Assign tags to your prospects to categorize them based on relevant criteria.
Include a tag: Use the tag filter to quickly find prospects with a specific tag.
Exclude a tag: You can also exclude prospects with a certain tag.
This filter allows you to sort prospects by their tag.
