💡 Prerequisites: To transfer prospects to a team member, you must be part of a Team and have the "Import in member's app" permission.
To transfer prospects to a team member:
Go to the list of your choice from your Waalaxy account.
Select one or more prospects. An options bar will appear at the top of your screen.
Click on "Move to".
Select the team member you want to send the prospects to.
Choose the Waalaxy list of the recipient member.
Click on "Move prospects" to confirm.
💡 Good to know
Some prospects cannot be transferred:
Those already included in a campaign.
Those already present in the target member's account.
Once transferred, prospects are automatically deleted from the original account.
What data is preserved after transfer?
The following data is kept after the prospect has been transferred to your team member's account:
