How can I organize my prospect list using the table?

From a prospect list, you can easily organize your columns using a customizable table.


How does it work?

This table is made up of several columns that you can:

  • Resize: click on the divider between two columns to adjust their width. Double-click to automatically resize.

  • Reorder: drag and drop column headers to change their display order.

  • Show or hide: click the “+” button at the top right of the table to choose which columns to show or hide.

💡 Good to know

  • The table configuration is global: it applies to all your prospect lists. It is not possible to have a different configuration per list.

  • If you are a member of a team, when you access another member’s account, you will see their table configuration, not yours.


What are the columns in the prospect table?

Columns displayed by default:

  • Name (fixed and cannot be moved)

  • Job title

  • Company

  • Activity

  • Status

  • Tags

Optional columns:

  • Country

  • Gender

  • Import date

💡 You can scroll horizontally through the table to view all displayed columns.

❌ It is not possible to add new custom columns. You must use the attributes already provided by Waalaxy.
