You can easily organize and manage your prospects using various filters. Here’s how:

  • Filter by actions: Check if specific actions, like visiting a prospect’s LinkedIn profile, have been completed.

  • Search for specific data: Look up details such as whether a prospect has shared their personal LinkedIn email.

To access more filters, simply click on "+ More filters".

Here are the additional filters available:

  • Status: Connected, Not connected, Pending, Unknown.

  • State: Replied, Interested, Not interested, To follow-up, Finalized, -

  • Tags: Include a tag, Exclude a tag.

  • LinkedIn Actions: Profile visited, Profile not visited, Following, Not following.

  • Gender: Man, Woman, Undetermined.

  • LinkedIn Messages: Message sent, No message sent, Has replied, Hasn't replied.

  • Email: Has a LinkedIn email, Don't have LinkedIn email, Has a pro email, Don't have a pro email, Has an email.

  • CRM: Sync, Not sync, Sync error.

  • Invitation sent: Invitation sent, Invitation not sent.

  • Phone number: Phone number retrieved, Phone number not retrieved.

  • Email Actions: Email sent, No email sent, Has replied, Has not replied.

  • Company: Include a company, Exclude a company.

  • Location: Include a country or city, Exclude a country or city.

  • LinkedIn Group: In the same group as me, Not in the same group as me.

  • LinkedIn Events: In the same event as me, Not in the same event as me.

  • Job Title: Include a job title, Exclude a job title.

  • Profile: Complete profile, Partial profile.

  • Profile picture: Has a profile picture, No profile picture.

  • Premium: Is premium, Not premium.

  • Influencer: Is influencer, Is not influencer.

  • Job seeker: Is job seeking, Is not job seeking.

  • In a campaign: Is in a campaign, Is not in a campaign.


Examples of filter usage

Checking prospects who have never received campaign messages

To identify prospects who have not yet received any messages from a campaign:

  1. Navigate to your prospect list within Waalaxy.

  2. Apply the filter: Message > No message sent.

  3. This will display only the prospects who have not been messaged in any campaign.

    • The status of each prospect is visible in the relevant column within the list.

  4. Note: This information is not directly accessible from within campaign views; always use the main prospect list to perform this check.

Finding Prospects Who Accepted Invitations but Haven’t Received LinkedIn Messages

You can narrow your prospect list to find those who have connected with you on LinkedIn but have not received a personalized message. This is especially useful for starting or resuming outreach campaigns. Here’s how:

  1. Open your prospect list.

  2. Apply the following filters sequentially:

    • Status > Connected

    • Invitation > Invitation sent

    • LinkedIn Message > No message sent

    • Campaign > Not in a campaign

  3. Once filtered, you can add these prospects to a messaging campaign to continue your outreach efforts.

Checking if prospects are currently part of a campaign

To determine whether specific prospects in a list are part of an active campaign:

  1. Go to the list of prospects.

  2. Click on More filters to access advanced filtering options.

  3. Use the filter: Is in a campaign.

  4. This will display all prospects who are currently linked to any campaign.
