How to automate the export process?

Your prospect data can be automatically sent to your CRM or webhook when certain triggers in a campaign are met.

There are two types of automation:

  1. Action on reply: Data is sent when the prospect responds. This option is available for campaigns that generate responses, such as LinkedIn messages, emails, and invitation notes.

  2. The CRM Sync step: Some special campaigns include a step dedicated to sending data for any prospect who passes through it, regardless of response. This is useful for retrieving more data, such as emails found with the Email Finder + CRM sync sequence.

    • Find these sequences under "Start a campaign" > "Browse sequences" > "Filter" > "CRM Sync."

Why does my file display accents and characters in coded form?

Accents and special characters may appear incorrectly due to the default opening format in your version of Excel.

To open the CSV correctly, use the "," separator and ensure the file is opened in UTF-8 encoding. You can find a tutorial for this process.

Alternatively, consider using Google Sheets, which handles these characters well and is free to use.
