How do I import prospects from LinkedIn?

Different methods to import your LinkedIn prospects into Waalaxy.

šŸ’” To start importing prospects from LinkedIn, click on the Waalaxy slider with the šŸ‘½ logo, located on the right side of your screen.


Import your LinkedIn connections

You can import all your LinkedIn connections in just a few clicks.

Steps to follow:

  1. On LinkedIn, click on ā€œMy Networkā€.

  2. In ā€œMy networkā€, click on ā€œConnectionsā€.

  3. Click on the Waalaxy slider to open the import window.

  4. Select an existing list or create a new one.

  5. Click ā€œImportā€ and let the magic happen šŸŖ„.


Import prospects from a LinkedIn search

This method allows you to import profiles from a standard LinkedIn search.

Steps to follow:

  1. Perform a LinkedIn search.

  2. Select the ā€œPeopleā€ filter.

  3. Refine your search using LinkedIn filters.

  4. Click on the Waalaxy slider to open the import window.

  5. Select a list or create a new one.

  6. Click ā€œImportā€ to start the import.


Import members from a LinkedIn group

You can also import members from LinkedIn groups you belong to.

Steps to follow:

  1. On LinkedIn, click on ā€œMy Networkā€.

  2. Click on ā€œGroupsā€, then select the desired group.

  3. Click on ā€œSee allā€ (on the right side of the screen) to access the members list.

  4. Click on the Waalaxy slider to open the import window.

  5. Select a list or create a new one.

  6. Click ā€œImportā€.


Import attendees from a LinkedIn event

It is also possible to import attendees from a LinkedIn event.

Steps to follow:

  1. On LinkedIn, click on ā€œMy Networkā€.

  2. Click on ā€œEventsā€, then select the relevant event.

  3. On the event page, click on the number of attendees.

  4. Click on the Waalaxy slider to open the import window.

  5. Select a list or create a new one.

  6. Click ā€œImportā€.
