Auto-import means new prospects will be automatically imported from a specified source as soon as they are detected. This feature is designed to run your campaigns on complete autopilot. 🚀
⚠️ This feature is available only on the Advanced and Business plans.
There are 5 types of auto-import available:
Sent me an invitation
Visit on profile
Comment on post

When a prospect meets the specified condition, Waalaxy automatically imports them into your list and campaign, initiating the appropriate actions.

You can set up an auto-import to automatically send invitations to prospects who comment on your LinkedIn post. 😎
How does it work?
When you initiate a campaign with auto-import enabled, Waalaxy retrieves the first batch of leads it detects. After the initial import, the auto-import feature searches for new prospects every 12 hours. ⚙️
☝️ Example
If you've set up auto-import for "Visit on profile", Waalaxy will search LinkedIn every 12 hours to find individuals who have visited your profile and import them into your Waalaxy campaign.
💡 Good to know
Leads already in your Waalaxy interface are not imported, as Waalaxy manages duplicates
How to set up an auto-import?
Click on “Start a campaign” from the quick launch.
Select a sequence.
From "Add prospects", choose "From auto-import".
Select a list where prospects will be added.
Choose the type of auto-import you want. 🔥
Sent me a connection request (with auto-acceptance)
Automatically imports prospects who send you an invitation, accepts the connection request, and sends them a message on LinkedIn.
Visit my profile
Interact with people who have visited your profile and expand your LinkedIn network more quickly.

With a LinkedIn Premium account, you can access 100% of profile visits, unlike with a Freemium LinkedIn account.

Comment on post
Gather all individuals who comment on your LinkedIn posts in a list.

Navigate to the post,
Click the three dots at the top right
Select "Copy link to post."
3 auto-imports options
You can activate or deactivate three options:
1️⃣ Retroactivity: Import prospects from past days or weeks.
☝️ Example
You launch an auto-import “comment on a post” on Wednesday, April 3rd.
The post was made Monday, April 1st.
Waalaxy will import prospects who comment on it on Wednesday, April 3rd, as well as those who commented on it from Monday, April 1st.
2️⃣ Anti-duplication security (only available for Teams): Prevents importing leads already in another team member's app.
3️⃣ Auto-Accept Invitation: For "Sent Me a Connection Request" auto-import, this option automatically accepts invitations and sends queued messages once accepted.
3 use cases 😉
Visited My Profile: Ideal for when someone visits your profile, and you want to reciprocate by visiting theirs and sending an invitation.
Sent Me a Connection Request (with Auto-Acceptance) : Useful for automatically accepting connection requests and sending a welcome message to those who have invited you.
Commented on a Post: Best for sending messages only to connected individuals who share similar interests.
⚠️ Auto-imports include in your campaigns leads regardless of their status: connected, not connected, or pending.
☝ Good to know
When using auto-import from a Sales Navigator search within an "Invitation + Message" campaign, prospects who are already connected will be imported into your list but not into your campaign.
