Managing your subscription: everything you need to know!

Here are some keys to manage your Waalaxy subscription.

Do you know which package you are looking for and what commitment level you require? If not, begin by learning more about our different subscriptions here.

Take out a subscription

To subscribe, hit the "Subscribe" button and select:

  • Your plan,

  • Your commitment period,

  • The number of seats required (only applicable if you're opting for a team subscription).

💡 Good to know:

The accepted payment methods on Waalaxy are:

  • Credit/debit card

  • SEPA direct debit (for European residents only). 💶

These are the sole options that enable the establishment of recurring payments for your upcoming automatic renewals.

Switch to another subscription

Upgrade your subscription

  • You can upgrade your subscription, i.e. move from a lower plan to a higher plan.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and you only pay the difference between your current subscription and the new, more expensive version, in proportion to the time remaining before the next renewal (the renewal date will not change).

Downgrade your subscription

It is not possible to downgrade during the term of your subscription, such as transitioning from a Business plan to an Advanced plan, for example.

  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

  • As a result, you will maintain the subscription for which you have already paid. Therefore, it is not possible to shorten the commitment period by switching from an annual to a quarterly or monthly plan.

To downgrade, follow these steps:

  1. From your Waalaxy homepage, click on the “Upgrade” section.

  2. Select your plan and click on "Downgrade."

  3. Then, hit the “Go to payment page” button.

Cancel subscription

You can disable future renewals of your subscription from Settings > Invoices > Unsubscribe from Waalaxy.

  • You will keep access to our premium services until the end of the paid period. 👽
