How do I manage my subscription?

Here are some keys to manage your Waalaxy subscription.

Do you know which package you are looking for and what commitment level you require? If not, begin by learning more about our different subscriptions here.

Choosing and subscribing to a Waalaxy plan

Select your subscription:

  • Click the "Subscribe" button.

  • Choose your plan: Advanced or Business plan.

  • Select your commitment period: monthly, quarterly or yearly

  • Specify the number of seats if opting for a Team subscription.

Payment methods

Waalaxy accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card

  • SEPA direct debit (for European residents only) 💶

These are the only options available for setting up recurring payments for automatic renewals.

⚠️ All payments are made in a single installment.

For example:

If you choose a quarterly payment plan, you will pay for the entire 3-month period upfront. Similarly, an annual subscription requires a single payment for the full 12 months.

Switching plan

Upgrade your subscription

  • You can upgrade your subscription, i.e. move from a lower plan to a higher plan.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and you only pay the difference between your current subscription and the new, more expensive version, in proportion to the time remaining before the next renewal (the renewal date will not change).

Upgrading your subscription

  • Upgrades from a lower plan to a higher plan are effective immediately.

  • You will pay only the difference between your current plan and the new, more expensive one, adjusted for the remaining time before the next renewal (the renewal date remains unchanged ☝️🤓 ).

Downgrading your subscription

  • Downgrades can't be made during the current subscription term. For instance, you can't switch from a Business plan to an Advanced plan mid-term.

  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. ☝️

  • You will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of the billing period, and you cannot shorten your commitment period by switching to a different plan.

To downgrade:

  1. Go to your Waalaxy homepage.

  2. Click on the “Upgrade” section.

  3. Select your plan and click "Downgrade."

  4. Click the “Go to payment page” button.

Cancel subscription

You can disable future renewals of your subscription from Settings > Invoices > Unsubscribe from Waalaxy.

  • You will keep access to our premium features until the end of your current billing period. 👽
