What are the channels to import on Waalaxy?

You can import from:

Which subscription allows me to import to Waalaxy?

You can import regardless of your subscription:

  • Freemium version

  • Advanced plan

  • Business plan

How many leads can I import?

From LinkedIn

  • LinkedIn limits the display of search results to 1000. You can only browse until page 100, with 10 results per page, and there is no page 101. Therefore, it is not possible to import more than 1000 leads per search.

  • If your search yields more than 1000 results, and you wish to exceed that limit, consider splitting it into smaller searches (such as different regions) to import all leads.

From Sales Navigator

  • Sales Navigator limits the display of search results to 2500 (100 pages of 25 results, and there is no page 101). Therefore, it is not possible to import more than 2500 leads per search. If your search yields more than 2500 results, try splitting it into smaller searches (such as varying regions) to import all leads.

What’s a “LinkedIn Member”?

On LinkedIn, you only have access to the profiles within 3 degrees of connection with you (1st degree means your relations, 2nd degree is the relations of your relations, etc.).

People outside that 3rd degree circle will be displayed as "LinkedIn member" in the search result, and you can't open their profile. In that case, Waalaxy can't scrap their profile either.

  • You then need to grow your network before being able to take full advantage of Waalaxy.

What are duplicates?

Waalaxy manages duplicates. 😎

  • What we call “Duplicates” are prospects who are already present in one of your lists (or with someone else on your team). Our security prevents them from being duplicated and eventually contacted twice.

  • This means that during an import, Waalaxy will scan all leads, identify duplicates, and simply not process them.

💡 Good to know:

If you are importing prospects from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, you can turn on this option to move the duplicated prospects from their current list to the new one:

  1. From the import modal, go to the “Settings”.

  2. Turn on the “Move duplicates to import list” option.

What is anti-duplication security?

This feature is only included in the Team subscription.

It can be used to manage duplicates in a team.

What are the Limits of prospects in your app?

  • Freemium version: you can have a maximum of 10,000 leads in the application and 1000 prospects per list.

  • Advanced plan or Business plan: you can have a maximum of 50,000 leads in the application. The number of prospects per list in unlimited. 🔥

💡 Good to know:

  • If you've reached the maximum number of contacts in your app, you won't be able to import more until you delete some.

  • If you've reached the maximum number of prospects in a specific list, you won't be able to add more prospects to that list until you remove or transfer prospects from it.

Why aren't all my prospects imported?

Here are the reasons that may explain a difference between the number of prospects you wanted to import and the number of prospects that have been imported into your application:

  • Waalaxy found duplicates: If a lead is already in your Waalaxy interface, it won't be imported again.

  • Some prospects from your search are outside your network (beyond the 3rd degree). Waalaxy cannot access their profile and import them.

  • Your search contains more than 1,000 results, for a standard LinkedIn search, or more than 2,500 results, for a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search.

  • You have already imported this search, so it resumed from where it left off.

  • You have reached the prospect limit in your Waalaxy account:

➡️ Freemium Version: Maximum of 10,000 prospects.

➡️ Advanced Plan and Business Plan: Maximum of 50,000 prospects.

What are “False Positives” (new feature)?

False positives are associated with our new feature: import cleaning, designed to enhance the quality of your import results.

One of our most effective techniques is to use the "Job title" field rather than the general search bar. This method is now applied as an overlay when you use Waalaxy imports 👽

  • It helps eliminate all prospects whose job title does not match your search criteria.

How It Works?

  • Your keyword is searched in the “Job Title” and “Headline” sections of the LinkedIn profile only 🔎.

  • This excludes past experiences, posts, comments, etc. 🖊️

  • Word order doesn't matter.

  • Accents don't count.

☝️ Example

If you're looking for "Full Stack Developers," Waalaxy won't import "Web Developers" or former developers, which will be automatically filtered out as false positives 🤓

⚠️ Note that boolean operators are not supported by the algorithm; it will interpret them as words that should appear in the job title, potentially leading to "false" false positives:

  • You can either disable list cleaning, and your prospects will be imported automatically. ✅

  • Alternatively, you can import using only the “Job title” filter.

This option remains optional. Although it's enabled by default, you can disable it during imports via the ⚙️ icon, then "Clean my import". ⬇️

💡 Good to know

We have also implemented this option in your existing lists. You can use the "Clean my list" button to scan your prospects.

What Is The "Clean My List" Feature? ✨

From each list, the Clean My List button allows you to improve the targeting of your prospect list.

It addresses the issue of LinkedIn search results being very inaccurate 👀

You can select the job titles that truly interest you, and Waalaxy will suggest deleting the others.

Good to know

There will be a confirmation page that states how many prospects will be deleted. Also, rest assured, this action is reversible upon request to support. 🦸‍♀️
