Waalaxy can be natively synchronized with HubSpot to export your prospect data.


What is the HubSpot CRM?

The HubSpot CRM, short for Customer Relationship Management, is a powerful tool facilitating businesses in organizing and managing customer relationships on a centralized platform 🔥.
By diligently tracking leads and constructing a comprehensive database of customer activity, businesses gain clear insights into their standing with each customer throughout the buying process.


Do I need a paid subscription to synchronize Waalaxy and HubSpot?

To synchronize HubSpot with Waalaxy, you need a paid Waalaxy subscription (Pro, Advanced, Business, or Elite).


Integration setup between Waalaxy and HubSpot

Prerequisites

To sync your HubSpot CRM with Waalaxy, you need a HubSpot account, free or paid.

Step 1: Connect your HubSpot account to Waalaxy

  1. Open your Waalaxy account.

  2. Go to Settings > CRM Integrations.

  3. Click Connect App for HubSpot.

  4. A new tab opens: grant the authorizations.

  5. Go back to Waalaxy, the connection is now active 🚀

Step 2: Define your synchronization preferences

Choose when to sync

From the integration settings, define when prospects will be synchronized with HubSpot:

  • All prospects added to campaigns

  • Only prospects who:

    • Accepted my invitation

    • Replied to a LinkedIn message

    • Replied to a LinkedIn message with interest (Response Analysis)

    • Replied to an email

    • Were successfully enriched (email finder) (Email Finder)

  • Only prospects I manually export

Storing data in HubSpot

Choose whether to assign the data to a list.

💡 Good to know: you can only use static lists in HubSpot. Dynamic or custom filtered lists are not retrieved by Waalaxy.

Selecting which data to sync

You can choose which data to send to HubSpot:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Company name

  • Phone number

  • LinkedIn profile headline

  • Location

  • LinkedIn profile URL

  • Prospect state

  • Job title

  • Prospect list

  • Prospect stage

  • Company website URL

  • Company LinkedIn URL

  • Tags

  • Gender

Once configured, all prospects matching your triggers will automatically be synchronized.


Accessing prospect data in HubSpot

  • Go to CRM > Segments (Lists).

  • Click on the HubSpot list you selected in your Waalaxy HubSpot settings to export your prospect data.

  • Click on any prospect to access their action history from Waalaxy.

Displaying additional Waalaxy columns

If you don’t see columns like Company name or Professional email, you need to add them.

You can add a column for each piece of data that Waalaxy can export (e.g., LinkedIn profile URL, Prospect replied Yes/No).
