Kiosk Website: Open this link in the browser of the lobby display device and enter the WaitWell key when prompted. The key will be cached so you only have to enter it once (unless you are using incognito mode). You will also need this key each time you wish to access the device settings menu.
Configure Ticket Title
Select the Configure Ticket Title button to choose what personal customer information displays on lobby display tickets.
Profiles: Select the Customize button to open the lobby display profile configuration window to create and manage lobby display profiles. Each profile generate a unique URL based on how it is configured which can then be pasted into other lobby display devices so you don't have to configure settings from scratch on each device.
In the window, select the Add button to create a new profile, or select an existing profile to modify it.
Banner: Toggle on Show Banner to display a banner of text on all lobby displays of your organization. This can be useful for emergencies and other ad hoc alerts. You may also choose the color of the banner and enter the message.
Alert: Toggle on Show Alert to display a rich text popup on all lobby displays of your organization. This can be useful for emergencies and other ad hoc alerts. You may also choose the color of the popup windows and select the Customize button to create the message.
