Location Specific Settings

Location List

Choose whether customers may join queues and/or book appointments at this location directly from the map.

Map Visibility

Show location on map: Under Location Specific Settings of the Map Settings Page, enable the Display this location on the map and in the map list to show the location on the map.

Show queue on map: In the queue configuration window, enable to show the queue on the map.

Show service type on map: In the service type configuration window, enable to show the queue on the map.

Typically, locations, queues, and service types configured to show on the customer site should also be configured to show on the map, but this is not required if you have unique workflow needs. If a queue or service type is hidden on the map but visible on the Customer Site, customers who navigate to the site directly (e.g., via a Join Queue link) will still see it. The map toggle only affects what appears on the Service Locator Map.
