Minimum Shift Increment: Choose the increments during a given hour during which a shift may begin. If Auto-create availability based on shifts is enabled, this value automatically syncs with the minimum time increment set in Appointment Settings.
Minimum & Maximum Shift Length: Choose the minimum and maximum shift durations.
Auto-Create Availability: If enabled, published shifts for a staff will create a matching availability for appointments in the availability calendar. You may also choose to create a matching unavailability for approved time off requests.
Staff Check-In Time: Choose how long prior to the start of a shift that staff may check in for the shift.
Shift Reminders: Choose to send one or two reminders to staff about an upcoming shift. You may also choose how far in advance of the shift to send the reminder.
Breaks: Select the Manage Break Types button to create and manage breaks with predesignated names and lengths. You may also choose to send a reminder to staff about an upcoming break, and/or prompt staff to choose which type of break they are about to take.
