Schedules Module

Create a Schedule

  1. Select Scheduling > Schedules

  2. Select the Add Schedule button at the top right of the page to open the Add Schedule window

  3. Enter a name for the schedule

  4. Select the schedule frequency from the dropdown menu

  5. Select a start date and an end date for the schedule

  6. Select Save

Edit, Copy, or Delete a Schedule

  1. Select Scheduling > Schedules

  2. Select the gear icon next to the schedule you'd like to edit to open the Edit Schedule window

  3. Make desired changes then select Save.

Create a Shift

  1. Select Scheduling > Schedules

  2. Select a schedule to access its calendar view

  3. Select the + button to open the Add Shift window

  4. Set the parameters of the shift including time, date(s), break, staff, and queues/service types

  5. Select Save

Edit or Delete a Shift

  1. Select Scheduling > Schedules

  2. Select a schedule to access its calendar view

  3. Click on any shift in the calendar to open the Edit Shift window.

  4. Make desired changes then select Save

Publish a Schedule

  1. Select Scheduling > Schedules

  2. Select a schedule to access its calendar view

  3. Select the hamburger menu at the top right of the page

  4. Select Publish
