Create a Schedule
Select Scheduling > Schedules
Select the Add Schedule button at the top right of the page to open the Add Schedule window
Enter a name for the schedule
Select the schedule frequency from the dropdown menu
Select a start date and an end date for the schedule
Select Save
Edit, Copy, or Delete a Schedule
Select Scheduling > Schedules
Select the gear icon next to the schedule you'd like to edit to open the Edit Schedule window
Make desired changes then select Save.
Create a Shift
Select Scheduling > Schedules
Select a schedule to access its calendar view
Select the + button to open the Add Shift window
Set the parameters of the shift including time, date(s), break, staff, and queues/service types
Select Save
Edit or Delete a Shift
Select Scheduling > Schedules
Select a schedule to access its calendar view
Click on any shift in the calendar to open the Edit Shift window.
Make desired changes then select Save
