Here's how to have Walkies remind your clients when a pet's vaccination is coming up or overdue.
Turn on reminders
Tap the menu button on Home. On iPad, it's in the sidebar.
Under Company, tap Vaccination reminders.
Make sure Send vaccination reminders is on.
Choose when they're sent: 30, 14, 7, 3 or 1 days before it's due, on the day, and 7 or 30 days after it's overdue.
Tap the ✓ to save.
Who gets them
Both owners, by the channels they have turned on, in the morning.
Only for vaccinations with a due date. See How do I add a vaccination record?
Only if the client's Vaccination due notification is on, and the company's is too, in Menu > Client notifications.
Good to know
Reminders need Walkies Pro or Max.
Archived clients and pets, and pets at Rainbow Bridge, aren't reminded.
Each reminder has a button for your client to view the pet.
