Client documents: on a client's profile, under Documents, add a link to a file, or upload one on Walkies Max. Your client sees them in the Walkies Journal app.

Documents from clients: on Walkies Max, clients can share files with you from the Walkies Journal app, like vet records. See How do I share a document?

Company files: your own business files, like a price list or insurance certificate, for you to view and share. Needs Walkies Max. See How do I upload a company file?

Vaccination records: each pet's vaccinations, with the date given, when it's due again and a copy of the certificate. Records need Walkies Pro or Max, and certificates need Max. See How do I add a vaccination record?

From clients: clients can add their pet's vaccinations in the Walkies Journal app, for you to check. See How do I add a vaccination record?

Client profiles: address, Access information, like a door code or where the key is, and an emergency contact name and phone number. See How do I add a client?

Pet profiles: things like the food schedule, how long they can be left alone, reactivity, vet details and medical information. See How do I add a pet?

Custom questions: ask clients your own questions about them or their pets. The answers are kept on their profile. See How do I add custom questions?

Kept up to date by clients: clients can change their own details and their pets' in the Walkies Journal app. See How do I update my details?

Only admins and sub-admins can create and send contracts, and add documents and vaccination records.

Team members can see what they need for a visit, like the address, access information and emergency contact. They can view documents and contracts, but not change them.
