Here's how to send one message to all of your clients at once, like closing for a holiday or bad weather.
Message all your clients
Tap Inbox.
Tap +, then Message all clients.
Type your message.
Tap the send button, then Send to confirm.
You'll see "Message sent to all clients".
Who gets it, and how
Clients connected to the Walkies Journal app get it as a message in their conversation with you, with a push notification. Their replies come to your Inbox.
Everyone else with an email address gets it by email.
It isn't sent by text or WhatsApp.
Archived clients are included.
Good to know
It can't be unsent, so check it before you tap Send.
