Some pet sitters give you an arrival window, like Morning, instead of an exact time. Here's how to book one in the Walkies Journal app.
Book an arrival window
On Home, tap Book appointment.
Choose the type of service, then the service.
Choose the date, and tap Next.
Choose a window. Each one shows its name and times, like Morning, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Tap View summary. It says Your pet sitter will arrive between the window's start and end.
Check the window and the total, then tap Send request.
Good to know
Your pet sitter will arrive some time within the window. The visit itself lasts as long as the service, like 30 minutes.
You'll only see windows if your pet sitter has turned them on. Otherwise you choose an exact time.
Windows can differ by day of the week, and your pet sitter can keep some for certain clients. If a date has no windows, you'll see No available times: choose another date.
If your pet sitter shows Times based on your pet sitter's availability, only windows they have room in are listed.
You can pick more than one window on the same day, and each becomes its own request.
