Here's how to see your upcoming appointments and the requests waiting for your pet sitter in the Walkies Journal app.
See your appointments
Tap Appts.
Choose a view at the top:
Day lists the appointments on the day you pick in the strip of dates. Swipe left or right to change day.
Calendar shows the same day as a timeline.
All lists everything coming up in the next year. A repeating appointment shows once, with how often it repeats.
Requests lists the bookings your pet sitter hasn't accepted yet.
Tap the calendar button at the top to jump to a date.
See an appointment's details
Tap an appointment to open Appointment details:
the status: Confirmed, or Requested while your pet sitter reviews it;
the date and time, or the arrival window;
the service, add-ons, pets and price, including any discount, travel fees or tip;
any notes.
Tap the share button to send a link to the appointment, or Cancel appointment to cancel it.
Good to know
A request moves out of Requests and into your appointments when your pet sitter accepts it.
Declined requests aren't listed. You'll be notified when a request is declined.
You can't change an appointment in the app. Message your pet sitter to change the time or the service. See How do I cancel an appointment?
Your pet sitter's notifications about your appointments, like accepted and updated, are in Notifications on Home.
