The Walkies Journal app connects to one pet sitter at a time. Here's how to switch to a new one.
Switch pet sitter
Ask your new pet sitter to send you a connect link.
On Home, tap the settings button at the top right.
Scroll down and tap Unlink, then Unlink again to confirm.
You're back on the Connect screen. Tap your new pet sitter's link.
Good to know
Once you unlink, you can't see your old pet sitter's walks, reports, invoices or messages in the app.
Your old pet sitter keeps your details and your pets' details on their records.
If your pet sitter removes you, the app goes back to the Connect screen on its own.
