Understanding the stage a client is at with your studio is a valuable tool for use in nurturing their journey and a helpful aid in the sales process.
Identifying Your Client's Current Stage
When looking up a specific person, locate their Client Profile. Select the Overview tab and within the left panel of their profile is a card which contains client information including About, Metrics, Check-in Notes, and Additional Notes. The Metrics section contains their Status which reflects their current stage.
Client Stages Explained
Active: The client has visited in the last 90 days.
Inactive: The client has an active plan but no visits within the last 365 days.
Lost: The client previously had an active plan but has not visited within the last 365+ days.
Account Created: An account has been created but there are no purchases or visits.
Deactivated: The client's profile has been manually deactivated.
These stages are also accessible in the Contacts page.
Click More Filtering Options, then click the Status drop-down menu in order to capture a list of clients of the given category.
