Connecting Referrizer

  1. Select Business Settings

  2. Scroll down to Third Party Apps

  3. Select Configure

  4. Select Log in to Referrizer

  5. Log in to Referrizer

  6. On the right-hand side of the page, click the down arrow next to your company name

  7. Select Integration

  8. On the Integration page you will see the API Token

  9. Copy and Paste the token into the API token field in Walla

Access Referrizer from Walla

  1. Select Marketing Center

  2. Choose Email Marketing

  3. Select Referrizer Dashboard

What information does Walla share with Referrizer?

Active Membership: The membership attached to a plan, pack, or bundle

Home Studio: Studio selected under the Client Info section in the Profile tab of the client's profile

First Class Booked Date: Date first class was booked

Last Class Booked Date: Date last class was booked

Last Class Booked: Name of last class booked

Has Active Plan: (Yes/No) If a client currently has any active items under the Active Plans section of their client profile

Purchased Intro Offer: Date client purchased an Intro Offer

Intro Offer End Date: End date of client's Intro Offer

Active Plan Names: Names of active plans under the client's Active Plan section of their client profile

Visited Last 365 Days: All visited in the last 365 days

Personality Type: Personality type determined by Skillpower personality test. Test results are listed under the client's profile

Last Livestream Booked: Class name of last livestream booked

Last VOD Watched: Name of last VOD video

First class booked: If a client booked their first class then First class booked will say yes

Class booked: If a client has a future booking then Class booked will say yes

Has active intro offer: If a client has an active intro offer then Has active intro offer will say yes

How are contacts sent over to Referrizer?

Clients must be opted-in to Marketing Updates under their profile in order to sync over as a contact to Referrizer.
