About this Condition

Lead Form Completed

Find all contacts who have completed specific lead forms within a period of time. A lead form is an intake form that is created under the Marketing Center. Learn more about Lead Forms here.
Remember, clients must be opted in to marketing communications in order to receive an automation.

In this time frame

All time: Identify contacts who have completed the specified lead forms at any point in time.

Relative to today: Identify contacts who have completed the lead forms within a specified time frame relative to the current date.

  • More than or equal to

  • Within the last (and including)

  • Exactly

Around specific dates: Identify contacts who completed the lead forms within a specific date range.

  • On or before

  • On or after

  • Between (and including)

Use this Condition

Start with a Journey and Add an Audience by following these steps:

  1. From the main navigation menu select Marketing Suite

  2. Choose an existing Journey or add a new Journey

  3. Select Add an Automation and complete the Create an Automation fields

  4. Save

  5. Select Build Custom Audience, then choose Create an Audience

  6. Select Add Condition

  7. Select the Condition: Lead Form Completed

Condition Basics

Send exactly x amount of days after a client completes the form

By choosing exactly 7 days ago the automation will send exactly 7 days after the form is completed.

  1. Under Completed ANY of the following form(s), select Specific form(s)

  2. Under In this time frame, choose Exactly and enter 7

  3. Select Done

Send immediately after a client completes the form

Under Completed ANY of the following form(s), select Specific form(s)

  1. Under In this time frame, choose Exactly and enter 0

  2. Select Done

Lead Form Completion Follow-Up for New Prospects

By combining these two conditions the automation will send to clients who completed the Lead Form and who have never purchased any plan. In our example the automation will seven days after completing the lead form.


Contacts without a Plan: Never Owned Any Plan

Under Select a Plan, choose Any plan, including Intro Offers
Under Never owned or previously owned but lapsed, choose Plans Never Owned

Lead Form Completed

Under Completed ANY of the following form(s), select Specific form(s)
Under In this time frame, choose Exactly and enter 7

Lead Form Completion Follow-Up for Specific Plan Prospects

By combining these two conditions the automation will send to clients who completed the Lead Form and who have never purchased a specific plan. In our example the automation will seven days after completing the lead form.

Contacts without a Plan: Never Owned Specific Plans
Under Select a Plan, choose Restrict search to specific plans. Then, from the Check for any of the following drop-down, select one or more plans.
Under Never owned or previously owned but lapsed, choose Plans Never Owned

Under Completed ANY of the following form(s), select Specific form(s)
Under In this time frame, choose Exactly and enter 7
